Vault version is 10.0.4.1189. I have 2 tasks that will not process target files. I've been running the same tasks for 18 months and they had worked fine up until now. Both targets are on the same Netapp filer and I have other tasks that are not having a problem archiving other targets on the same filer. Here is the error from the log:
"*** Warning *** - One more Root folders were not synchronized
Root folder: \\mvs-netapp1\PM is not synchronized as its Root Folder id does not match the Folder id on the marked folder."
I have the sychronization running on a schedule daily.
Any ideas/help would be much appreciated,
