FSA permissions

Does FSA maintain file level permissions?  e.g. You set an archive point to a folder which will inherit those folder permissions, what if you revoke or edit permissions on a specific file in that folder, will EV apply the new permissions?

FSA permissions will be maintained at the folder level, not individual file level
