We're doing a number of bulk recalls using FSAUtility. However, I find that the report produced at the end of the recall shows no useful information.
It is only by looking at the Event Viewer that I am able to see where there have been failures to retieve archived files.
Surely this isn't the intended functionality, is there a switch/parameter which will output all failures to a log file?

Hi Ravi,
What was the command that was used and what version of EV? Errors should be reported in the XML log within the Enterprise Vault\Reports\FSAUtility folder by default, but depending on when the error occurred it may not get logged. The -l 0 switch will log both errors and success to the log file.

fsautility -b -recurse -s \\<server name>\v$\ridir
We have EV 10.0.4 running on Windows 2008 R2
I've tried -l 0 and still the failures aren't showing apart from event viewer

What is the event ID and details that the recall is failing with?
