Honestly i don't know how much stock i'd put in to that as single threading vs multi threading has little to no bearing as to whether an application can have multiple instances ran against it, as long as you're not targeting the exact same folders/archive points and what not, you should be ok, but if you were to run two fsautilities both trying to move the same source and destinations then i can imagine that will definitely cause issues

Doesn't look possible according to this, unless it's been added since EV8.
