Failed to open EV archived email which sent out by Blackberry via BES

Hi,

    I have EV 9 installed on Server 2008R2. Our email system is Exchange 2010 SP1 + BES 5.0.3. Just wonder how can open EV archived email which sent out by Blackberry. As I known EV email shortcut restore is not supported on Blackberry, so how can I achieve this goal ?

The only application that i'm aware of is ARCViewer by CommonDesk

They also have an iPhone and iPad application as well.
There is nothing native for Enterprise Vault except for the Mobile Search webapp

It's also possible to use EV Mobile Search .. but I have not tried it on a Blackberry.
