File System Synchronization Task Errors

dfwood

Hi,

Since deleting an empty duplicate archive, I'm receiving the following error in the event viewer every time the File System Synchronization Task runs.

Any ideas?

Dan

IF you go into the VAC, then hold down CTRL/SHIFT and Right click on "Archives" you should see "Finda Archive or Folder". Paste this is and what does it come back with - 18DD318FA1A9B6F48964F9269AD8A490F1012g00SHDCEV1

Not sure, but you might have an archivepoint associated with the archive you have deleted.

This Technote may also help http://support.veritas.com/docs/311593

BLLite,

Performing what you requested brings back:

Could not find an Archive or Archive Folder with the specified id.

BLLite,

I found http://support.veritas.com/docs/311593 yesterday, unfortunately it made no difference :(

This is odd. The fact that the find returned nothing means that from an EV perspective we are unaware of this object. It may be that after removing the archive, the folders are still present - do you know which folder this was setup to archive? If so, you can check the ADS information in this folder. It may be easier to just log a support call....
