File are recalled while opening a folder

Hi all,

I've an EV11 that is archiving a file server and the archiving is working fine.

When a user open a folder with archived files the files are recalled so the shortcuts disappear.

Anyone has seen this problem?

what's the client OS? it's a known issue with Macs.
