Folder listing in Public folder archive not complete for a few users

Hi,

We have a situation with Enterprise vault with one of our clients. They work with public folders, and these are all archived with Enterprise vault. Two users complain not all subfolders are visible. Other users in the same department using the same public folders see all subfolders. How do I make these folders visible again for these users? They are using version 9.0.1.1073. Webinterface and Outlook-plugin are both missing the same subfolders for these users. A rebuild index doesn't help, same folders are missing for the same users. I found some links here where the solution should be, but the links are dead....
