Since you are pretty new to EV I think your best option would be to work directly with support.

i can't access to my archive, i have a problem with index, after doing EVSVR Repair, the problem stay unsolved

when users try to access some archived messages, they show this error message:

OK, that is not a problem with the index.  You failed to share what version of EV but have you seen this?

Retrieve or Restore of an archived email generates error "GetOnlineAttachmentFileSize 0x80004005"

Really?  You just double-click Setup.exe and run through those steps but you DO NOT run configuration at the end.

It might be best for you to open a case with Support so they can work with you directly.

i have take reinstall with no configuration waizard at the end but the problem still unsolved
