HP 3PAR storage supported by EV?

Hi,

I'm looking in the compatibility chart for supported storage, looking for HP 3PAR, but the only thing I see ob HP with EV 11 is HP StoreAll Storage 6.5.

Can anyone tell me if it's the same? or if it is supported?

I'm failing to understand if the 3PAR is the same as HP StoreAll Storage 6.5.

Thanks,

Sarah

I have used 3Par storage recently. It works fine.  Just use the NTFS share configuration.

it's ok that you dont see your storage device specifically called out because symantec has a blanket statement that says:

Symantec supports archiving from Enterprise Vault to any high-performing
disk storage that is:
 A directly attached or Storage Area Network (SAN) attached volume
formatted as NTFS.
 Network Attached Storage (NAS) that is accessible over the CIFS/SMB
protocol. For more information, see technical note HOWTO75108 at
http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO75108.
 Supported by an Enterprise Vault Storage Streamer API implementation.
 A Network File System (NFS) share. For more information, see technical note
HOWTO84785 at http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO84785
