With several attempts I am unable to open VaultedAndScrambledPST  file using outlook 2007

I am unable to locate the file   via Enterprise Vault.

Hi Tony,

I am using Outlook 2007.  I synchronised Vault Cache and my PST files from my personal folder have disappeared and cannot be accessed through the vault system.

In search for my PST files, I located a VaultedAndScrambledPST file which I assume (HOPE) contains my pst files.

In short, I want to restore my pst files from VaultedAndScrambledPST file

All help will be enormously appreciated.

So synchronizing Vault Cache will not affect your PST's.  If you are not the EV Admin for your environment I recommend you contact them. 

The only way your PST's would be removed is if your EV Admin enabled you for PST migration but hopefully they would have let you know you were enabled.  :)

Anyhoo, you best option is to work with your help desk to sort this out.
