How can I see which policy a mailbox is a member of?

Hi Everyone,

I have an issue at the moment, I've got three Enterprise Vault policies running.

Rank 1 - PolicyName1 - Default - Archive everything older than 5 days

Rank 2 - PolicyName2 - Not Default - Archive everything older than 3 days

Rank 3 - PolicyName3 - Not Default - Archive everything (no delay)

Unfortunatley, all my mailboxes archive using the top policy (so older than 5 days).

I've created two new targets for policies 2 and 3 and added the relevant mailboxes in, but this still does not apply to those mailboxes.

It would seem everything is being archived by Policy 1, this policy is set as default and applies to target "Whole Organisation"

Question: is there any way to pull up the details of which mailbox archiving policy a specific mailbox comes under?

&

Am I going about this the wrong way?

Kind Regards,

Andrew

Yes, EV Archive Task report (Run Task in report mode) or use "Display Policies Assigned to Mailboxes" option (From VAC | Site | Target | Exchange)
