Hi all
I am running EV 11. How do I add another admin account or manage account for managing PST, File archive, Sharepoint archive? like RBAC...

Hi Jake,
You can use Role Based Administration (RBA). Open the Authorization Manager from the EV Administration console logged in as the Vault Service Account (VSA). Right-click on the Directory and click 'Authorization Manager'.
You can choose from the predefined roles or you can create a custom one. Let me know if you need more help.
