Hi People,

I am the domain administrator members in the company, suppose I am being tasked to extract one or few emails from a leaver (archived mailbox), what is the best way to do it and how ?

What is the highest privilege in EV to browse all of the email archive in the vault ?

Thanks.

You just need to use EVPM to grant the EVAdmin account read/write/permissions to all archives
You can see more about that here:

yup! as long as you are logged on as the user you grant access to
so typically you would give it to the EVAdmin account, then logged on as the EVAdmin you can go to
http://yourEVServer/EnterpriseVault/Search.asp or http://yourEVServer/EnterpriseVault/ArchiveExplorerUI.asp

Depending on the size of your environment and the amount of archives, the pages may take some time to load up correctly
