How to migrate EV 9 to a 2-node EV 10 Microsoft Cluster?

Dear friends,

I am considfering of upgrading current EV 9 to a 2-node EV 10 base on Microsoft 2008 r2 failover cluster, would you like kindly give some documents about how to do it?

So first thing you will do is move to EV 10 on new hardware, this server will become one of the nodes in the cluster.
