How to open a support case

any one can guide me how can i open a new support case in symantec for my customer i have their licensing Details any other details do need from my customer?? one more thing our customer purchased their licenses from other symantec resaller but now we have support contract with them so how can i open a new support case on symantec

 

i have serial numbers of their licenses, and contract numbers as well please help me in this regards i have already tried to open but getting error snapshot is attached

Typically I submit my cases through mySupport.symantec.com, however that was set up for me through the Account Manager for our company and i just used my email address and password, all the other things relating to our account were already there.

You can also just contact support directly on the phone number below, and they will guide you through what you need to do and create your case for you for whichever product
