Index administration task disappeared

Using EV 10 with 32/64 indexes.

Starting for the first time an index maintenance task, the index administration task is created. Even when you delete the task, it will be recreated again.

In this case the task is gone (unknown reason) and it is not created when you start an index task. So index maintenance tasks cannot be executed now (like upgrading the 32 indexes to 64)

Anybody any ideas?  

(offcourse restarting services has been done)

try doing a verify against a small index and it should come right back when you do the Create Task
So for instance on a brand new install in my test environment, no Index Admin Task exists, I then create a new subtask to verify an index, then the index task gets created.
