Hi,
Currently i upgrade my client EV from 10 to 11, before upgrade there was some issue and anomaly in indexing services also some broken index. And veritas support suggest us to upgrade EV so the issue can be solved.
But after upgrade is completed the indexing services having error.
An error occured while trying to start indexing engine.
Further error details include: '<exception time="16" date="1540593383" id="SERVICE_COMMAND" function="Enterprise Vault_load" fid="50" name="service-command" stack-trace="//scope/set-var[@name='result']/scope///function[@name='Index Volume-broker-status']/scope/scope/function[@name='Index Volume-broker-command']/scope/scope///exception[@id='SERVICE_COMMAND']" xmlns="urn:/Index Engine/objects">An invalid run or command node was provided. </exception>'.
Never seen this before in EV, anyone have a solution beside just upgrade or reinstall?

Hi, We have checked the LAN Adapter properties, client network for microsoft is installed. And cache setting is configured.
So, no KB is solving the issue
