Indexing and OCR for scanned PDF documents

Dear all,

I am having trouble indexing scanned PDF documents that I later want to classify using VIC. The documents are mainly scanned passports, driver licenses etc. On some documents in the search window, I see only blank preview and on some, I see a red X I the upper left corner. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

When exactly are you having problems to view the items?

Hi,

This is the current Version: 12.3.0.1365 witch i upgraded from 12.2.2 but the problem is the same in both versions.

I noticed the problem when searching the file system archive from the EV console. All the documents scanned with .jpg are appearing in the lower preview window but the scanned files in .pdf are blank. I am doing this in test enviorement for future VIC use.
