Install new purchased enterprise vault license

We purchased a new license for Exchange Journaling service , the license has been installed in the root folder ( installed license ) and the Admin service was restarted but the Exchange Journaling Task failed to execute successfully .

can you share the error message from event viewer. Are you still getting license error in Event viewer?

Hi amasoun,

You need to copy the lic into the root not "installed license" e.g. \Program Files\Enterprise Vault\ then restart the Admin Service

you are right we should copy the lic file into the correct path which it is "e.g. \Program Files\Enterprise Vault\ "  then restart the Admin Service.
