Hi All,

We have upgraded a EV server from version 9.0.4 to 10.0.4 without any issues. I am now trying to upgrade the indexes and I keep getting these warnings in the event logs,

Also the index upgrade are failing.

not sure what I have might have missed during the upgrade or if their is another problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This might be caused by missing AV exclusions, check this out https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH222621.html 

Are you using McAfee 8.8 patch4?
