Is there anyway to make E Vaulted items look more like outlook?

We are using e vault on Office 2007 machines and going into e vault it pretty much culture shock for a user. It is not the most user friendly thing out there and it is hard to figure out how to narrow things down to exactly what you need. Is there anything I can use that can make this more friendly for a user?

Thank you

absolute agreed with Marvin, if this is a new install go ahead with Virtual Vault so it looks more like a PST file and don't even bother creating shortcuts, just teach them that items archived will be pushed straight to the VV. This would be very much the same as AutoArchive in Outlook in the way that items just "go", if I could start from scratch in our site, i would absolutely get rid of every single shortcut

Virtual Vault is part of

Virtual Vault is part of Enterprise Vault 8 Client Package (SP3 forwards) but really you'd want the EV8 SP5 client or EV9 client
Virtual Vault relies on Vault Cache being set up and those policies and components are located on an EV8 server
