Is this a new installation?

You might want to try this:

How to reset the 64-bit Indexing Engine following corruption of core data files.

looks like an issue trying to communicate with the directory service
can you ping evsrv_8?

Run the Deployment Scanner and check the results in relation to SQL, make sure the VSA has the required permissions on SQL (Deployment Scanner should show this).

Are you archiving, does everything else work as expected?

If the above is true then I would expect the SQL connection/permissions to be correct, unless the VS DBs and the Directory DBs are on different SQL Servers/Instances.

Run the below to see if it pulls back any results:-

USE ENTERPRISEVAULTDIRECTORY

SELECT * FROM IndexVolume WHERE FolderName LIKE '113B8A2BA8C4AC1498F6CA13860DBDB4%'

The above query should pull back all index locations that are in the DB for that Archive, not expecting it to pull back any results to be honest looking at that error though.

If it does pull back a result, check the FolderPath that it gives you to see if there are any folders with the same name there.

Check to ensure the VSA has access to, and can create folders/write to, the Index storage location.

Ran the Deployment Scanner and you can check the results they are all okay (attached)

Even ran The query the result is in an xlsx file attached, and it does not show any path

and every things seems to be fine
archiving is good
journaling is good
all other aspects seem to run normal  excpet the search offcourse its related to index so obviously it wont work
