Journaling: Cannot search recent item

Hi All

Strange thing is happening on our journaling side of EV. Everytime we try and search anything that is a week old to the present day it states that there is nothing archived. 

The queues seem clear.

Has anyone had a problem similar to this.

Hi

There's probably something wrong with the index.

Can you have a look in the VAC -> Journal Archives -> Properties of the Archive -> Indexing

(Assuming EV 2007)

What index state is it in?

If it's failed or something else than "Normal", try right click -> Update Index (NOT rebuild, this would take an enormous amout of time!)
