Hi Guys!

One of our customer is currently haveing an issue that he cannot add users from one of his sub domains.

The list in the Add User dialogue remains empty. Has someone had this issue before, or any suggestions for troubleshooting?

There are no errors in the Windows or Vault Event Log.

Thanks in Advance!

Can you tell us what action you are doing when you see this pop up?

I don't think it is this issue. No errors, just no entries.
