Hi,

We are working in an environment which is running EV 11.0.1 CHF 5 on a VCS 6.1 cluster.

The SQL Server instance being used is SQL 2012.

Recently, after installing a few MS related patches, we noticed that we are unable to retrieve Operation Reports in SQL.

This is the error we receive...

The report server cannot open a connection to the report server database. A connection to the database is required for all requests and processing. (rsReportServerDatabaseUnavailable). Login failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication.

Apart from the reboot (yet to be done), is there something else that is or could be missing from our end.

Very rarely I have seen MS updates break something in EV

This may be one of those examples, I would suggest

• Run the EV report configuration again from the SQL reporting server, this will restablish the authentication and reload the reports which is fine
