MAC Client re-enabled

All -

We create an archive for a MAC user hoping to user Virtual Vault (VV) as with the PC client. Though, we found out that VV is not supported with MAC client Entourage. Now we have un-archived all of the data back to the client exchange server and disabled the user. Thereafter, we deleted the archive and re-enabled the user with a policy to create "Shortcuts" as an alternated to VV for the MAC Users.

Though when I re-run the archiving process, it does not recognize the data which were restored from the archive. ON the PC's we use "EVIgnoreDates" reg key to get EV to recognize the un-archived mail on the exchange server.

DOes anyone know what we need to do on the MAC side as there are no Registry Keys to edit?

Well EVIgnoreDates is an EV Server side key, not a client side key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\KVS\Enterprise Vault\Agents

IgnoreEVDates (DWORD)

0 = Off
1 = Ignore Archived date
2 = Ignore Restored date
3 = Ignore both Archived and Restored date
