Hello together,
on an Mac Client we cannot see the EV Add-In in Outlook (toolbar). The Menu bar is available.
The option "show toolbar" is not available. (img01.jpg)
Normally after you install the add-in you are able to see a seperate toolbar in outlook. But this is not showing.

The user is available in ev and the options on the Enterprise Vault client application menu are checked.
Add-In version: 12.2.1
Mac OSX version: 10.13

Currently the EV for MAC client does not recognize the Outlook version 16.x (update from January 2018).
Engineering is releasing a new stand alone .dmg in the next few days, please subscribe to the technote.

the user is available in the provisioning group. Did you mean RPC over HTTP restrictions in the desktop policy?

Hi,
we have a very similar problem.
Which outlook version do you have?
The only Outlook version, which is supported with MacOS X 10.13, is Outlook 2016 (15.35 or later).

Hello,
the outlook version is "Microsoft Outlook for Mac Version 16.9 (180116)"
So I think this is supported. Do you have another idea?
