Can any one help me out when i look into Exchange Mailbox in Enterprise Vault some of the mail box are showing Unknow in Limit Status Column
Find the screen shot attached.
My EV configuration Details are as follows.
EV Version: EV 9.0
OS : Server 2003 Enterprise
Exchange 2010

If you look at the Vault Store usage report has anything been archived for these mailboxes.
If nothing has been archived that could be why the limit is unknown

i think that if no limit is set it will say unknown. you can also check at the vault store level to see if it's disabled. if the limits have been changed recently then it wont update the status in the VAC until something new gets archived.

Yes i Check the Vault Storage Report and nothing have been archived for that mailboxes which are shown Limit is Unknown. In Vault Storage Report its shows 0 items have been archive for that mail box.

There you go. Once something is archived the Limit will no longer be Unknown.
