Wondering if there is a best practice for handling.  User name change

So when someone who has been getting archived under jones get's married and becomes smith

so there a/d account changes to be smitha instead of jonesa but the email's were to jonesa

EV should sync the name change, the archive name will change automatically.

But i've got another thread on here for issues doing a restore

And in the event log i can see it's a/d is going to the ou for the old name not the new one

It sounds like a new AD account was created instead of the original one being renamed.
