Mailbox archive enabled problem

Hi guys,

We try to provision 10 users for mailbox archive. 

Users added into the provisioning group, and we would like to have it enable  automatically by EV.

But we noticed that only ONE user was mail archived enabled but not the rest of users.
We checked using Mailbox enable wizard, we found that there was no user list at "New mailboxes only", but those users were listed on "Disabled mailboxes only".

Any ideal what happend? We check there were no error on the eventviewer.

I know the auto enable of mailboxes will not work unless the EV server level has defaults set.

I do not have a system in from of me but check to see if there are defaults set at the server level.

I did not find a tech note on this.

Could be that those users were enable previosly and disabled try adding a test user to the group

Symantec Support Consultant solved my problem, it due to Exchange permission issue.
