Hi all,
I have an mailbox that no longer archive, I have tried the following:
I think it doesn't archive it because of this error:
Log Name: Symantec Enterprise Vault Source: Enterprise Vault Date: 01-09-2014 10:33:21 Event ID: 3285 Task Category: Archive Task Level: Warning Keywords: Classic User: N/A Computer: Vaultserver Description: The folder has Default permissions set that grant all users access to this folder. By default, this has not been synchronized to the users archive. MailboxDn: /o=EXCHORG/ou=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/cn=RECIPIENTS/cn=USER1 FolderPath: Inbox
To solve I user this article http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH138312 with no success.
EV_ARCHIVING_SWMBX2_20140901171229.TXT - Run Now in Report Mode just for user1
user1_sqlquery.xlsx - the result of the following query: Select * from ExchangeMailboxEntry where MbxDisplayname = 'user1'

The Event 3285 will not keep the mailbox from archiving. The report you posted wasn't complete, can you look in MSMQ and see if there are any entries for this mailbox?

Tony, it doesn't´t complete, at the moment we are migrating PST as soon it finish I will run a DTRACE, but I don´t know what to look for.
In the MSMQ there are 5 message from that mailbox stuck in the A3 queue.

Once the pst migration is complete you could purge the A3 and run the dtrace.

At last, the mailbox archive, what I did:
- Remove all EnterpriseVault Shortcut (Item: 110493, Size: 523.3 MB)
After I run a manual archive and worked.
So my question does this make since? It a mailbox with 110000+ items take more then 2 hours to start archive (enumerate items)? OR if a mailbox as a lot of Shortcut it takes lomger to archive?
