For some reason, none of my clients can restore or archive manually from Outlook. Here is the error that is given:

Could not process the selected items.

Reason: An internal error occurred on the web server.

Here is the solution that fixed my problem.

1. Locate the following key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa

2. Add Value
Value name: DisableLoopbackCheck
Data type: REG_DWORD
Radix: Decimal
Value: 1

I remember seeing this on my w2k EV server back in old days.... It was down to the IIS config for the Enterprisevault Virtual Directory. If its the same (or if you running your w2k3 server in IIS5 mode) then your need to make sure Execute Permissions is set to Scripts Only and Application Protection is set to Low (IIS Process) on the Virtual directory.

This rings a bell. I think it screws MOM as well...
