Manual archeving not working for some of the users

Hello,

We have an issue with the manual vaulting. It is not working for some of the users.

When try to archive the mails manually clock will run for some time and it will go back to the old stage

I did reset the client. Reinstall the software verified the policy settings as https only, restarted the storage service etc but still the same issue.

 Please suggestions much appreciated!

Hi there,

What version of EV?  Also, what version of Outlook?  Could you grab a client trace for a user it works for and one for a user it isn't working for?  You can attach those to a post and we can take a look.

Client trace should provide some insight, so gather that as Tony says and post here

This is pretty dated and I would assume sorted out at this point. If you are still having an issue... please let us know. If you resolved it please post the solution so others can benefit and flag the posting as being resolved so that the resources available through this venue are applied where they are most needed.
