Manually Deleting Archives

I remember seeing a knowledge base article that describes the steps to take for deleting orphaned archives.  Searched hi and low but cannot find it again.

I have multiple archives that have had the AD account/mailbox deleted but the archive was not deleted.  The system is throwing out 13360, 6643, 8452 & 8453 event IDs for these archives.  I just want to eliminate them from the system.  The article delt with identifying them in the database and deleting them.

Anyone else had to deal with this?

Event log details are:

11360 -

An error was detected while accessing the Vault Database 'EnterpriseVaultDirectory' (Internal reference: .\ADODataAccess.cpp (CADODataAccess::ExecuteSQLCommand) [lines {1392,1394,1409,1427}] built Apr 12 00:45:28 2010):

8453 -

The EnterpriseVault.DirectoryService object reported an error.

The error code was 0x80040e2f

8452 -

The EnterpriseVault.DirectoryConnection object reported an error.

The error code was 0x80040e2f

6643 -

Delete Vault failed

Reason: <0x80040e2f>

Vault Name: Zinnecker, Chuck

Vault Store: Messaging Store

Vault Id: 150411EF9C92D4F4F9292A83FD1B204C21110000evsite.thyssenna.com

P.S. - Is there any way to limit searches to a specific board?  i.e. Enterprise Vault.   Is searching all of the forums the only option available?

Thanks,
Chris
