What is the best option to Migrate EV 9.0.3 (windows 2003 32bit OS) to Windows 2008 R2 and upgrade to EV 10.0.3

Roughly you could:

Install EV 10 on Windows 2008 R2 machine

Use Server Settings Migration Wizard to migrate from old to new

So Migration and Upgrade from 9.0.3 (Windows 2003 32bit) to EV 10.0.3 (Windows 2008 R2 SP1) can be done at the same time? Correct?

Or is it bettrr to Migarte 9.0.3 to new 2008 R2 server then Upgrade to 10.0.3

Many people go direct.

Last time I did this (about 6 months ago) I took the more cautious route of moving to new hardware (the manual way, without SSMW)... and then a few weeks later did the upgrade to 10.0.X
