Hi,
I have a mailbox and that mailbox will not archive. I can´t see him into the enable mailbox option so you can think he is enabled but he isn´t. I have a provisioning task which includes the OU where the mailbox stays. The provisioning reports gave me information regarding this mailbox and says he is updated but i can´t find that particular mailbox as an archive. Can anyone help?

Hello John
First in the Admin Console under Archives, does he already have an archive created? If so he has already been enabled at some point.
Second if he has an archive, he may have been disabled at some time. When you chose to enable a mailbox, select disabled archives to look in instead of new mailboxes. He may be listed there, if he is than you can re-enable him at this time.
