Move individual mail from EV Archive back to user mailbox.

Hi,

I’m looking to move a user’s individual mail that’s been archived to the vault, our users do not have permissions themselves but we have access to the EV server-side.

What’s the most practical path for this, either GUI or PS shell console.

Do you mean a single email? If so user Browser search, or integrated search, or search the archive from the VAC and restore from there.

Do you mean the whole of a users archive? If so, export the archive from the VAC.

you can follow step in the document attached to restore signle email to user mailbox.

Go to http://EVSERVERNAME/enterprisevault/search.asp

select the vailt

select the message

click restore button

select the exchange server and mailbox

it's done
