Moving Index Locations to EV Server outside the Index Server Group

Hi,

We are using EV 11.0.1 with CHF 5 built on VCS 6.1.

The OS being used is Windows Server 2012.

We have 10 EV Servers for the purpose of archiving Exchange Mailboxes, SMTP and File Servers. All 10 were part of the Index Server Group. We have now moved the FSA Server and the SMTP Journaling Servers outside the Index Server Group. 

We want to know what would be the best method of moving the Indexes for the File Server Archives, outside the Index Server Group.

There is no simple way to do this.  Basically you have to export/import (or move archive) into a new vault store where the archives are not on a server in the Index server group.
