New mailbox policy

Hi all,
          my problem is this. I want to create a new policy which will allow me to archive mail for one mailbox independently of the default policy. My default policy is 90 days but I need to have one mailbox to archive every 30 days.I have look at the admin guides and forums but can not find anything. I have tried to create a new policy but I am unable to assign a target to it because none are shown. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You will need to create a provisioning group for the user(s) you want to have this policy. Make sure that new group is listed first in the ranking of the provisioning groups.

Make sure this provisioning group is above any others in the list that the user may be a member off.  As the mailbox policy is applied for the first provisioning group that matches.
