New shortcuts appeared.

When I disable an enabled mailbox then re-enable it again new shortcuts ( update offline vault & prioritize items to download ) appeared on that mailbox  .... I don't know why ????

That could be normal.  Confirm what Policy that user is picking up from the Provisioning Group.

But the policy that user picking up not configured for these options , and all other users don't have these shortcuts.

Could you explain this a little further? Where did new shortcuts appear? or was it just the offline vault download that picked up? cheers
