No vault available... when trying to sync vault Cache

Hello,

 

After upgrading EV adin from 7.5SP6 to 8.0SP5 user are not able to sync their Vault Cache. Add-in says "No Vaults available. Contact your helpdesk"

 

This is driving me crazy !!!

Any kind of help will be greatly appreciated !

The inetpub folder was moved by customer... After moved it backup to the right location, VC worked ...

Run a client trace on the client and post the logs.

AFAIK, Maximum logging was aleardy enable !

Open outlook and wait for 2 minutes. Vault Cache is configured to start processing after 1 minute.
Then open log again and see if it contains more info.

You may have to try ResetVaultClient.exe which you can find uder installation directory.

Running the client reset tool should not be nessecary. A log file of an attempted sync should show us what the issue is. ElGringo, can you check to see what level of tracing is enable, set it to maximum, then attempt a sync using either the menu option or the toolbar button. Then post your log.
