Not enough storage is available to complete this operation. [0x8007000e]. when trying to copy a placeholder (not all placeholders)

I'm getting errors on a handful of placeholders when trying to copy them to another location.  This is the error I get on the enterprise vault server:  Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.  [0x8007000e] and here is the error I get on the file server:  Error An internal error occurred on the web server   [0xc0045035].  I get the same error when I try to open the placeholder, too. 


I'm running Enterprise Vault 8.0 SP2 on a windows 2003 enterprise server with 16 GB of memory and I have plenty of disk space.
