I am having an issue with OWA.
Enterprise Vault 8SP3
Exchange 2003
Through OWA Search and AI are working OK however archived mail cannot be opened.
Whenever a archived mail is attempted to be opened we get two event IDs 2304 and 2778
2304 -
Failed to lookup Message Queue name for the Retrieval Agent in the Directory Service on computer xxxxxxxxx
2778 - The error 80004005 occurred whilst calling the method CArchivingAgentQueue::RestoreItem()
Any ideas?
