OWA broken after upgrade to 9.02

Hi!

I have been dealing lately with lot of clients updrades and first time have issue with OWA 2007 after move to 9.0.2 from 8.0.1

Story is i upgraded in place 8.0.1 to 9.0.2. No any issues with Outlook retrival, archive and other functions.

Updated OWA extentions on two Exchange 2007 servers, run owa script just in case. No any error.

When client tries OWA access he sees archive items but with yellow bar message

Wheh click on it we have

  Then page cannot be displayed

Error code;403 Forbidden. The server denied the specified URL.

Enabled Logging for Ev OWA and this error came up

I checked users permissions on Shopping folder and did not find any issue. Will appreciate any help. Thank you

If you look on the EVAnon virtual directory are the IP address of the CAS servers listed as allowed?

Did you re-run the owauser.wsf on the EV server?

Are you sure there are no other errors in the log files?
Specifically with reading the hidden message from webdav?

There was a similar issue here: https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/ev-8-owa-cannot-access-archived-attachment#comment-6148881

and apparently was resolved by modifying the web.config, should be a good starting point for you.

No luck with change.

Received different error Connection refused 10056.
