OWA not working after installing EV Plugin

Exchnage 2010 CAS server. I upgraded the EV plugin to 10.0 and after a reboot, OWA fails to load on this server.

Can you clarify what .msi you installed?  Typically running the OWA extensions will not require a reboot.  Have you uninstalled and rebooted?

Symantec Enterprise Vault OWA 2010 Extensions (x64) Build 10.0.4.1189

it prompted for a restart after install.

Any other OWA add-ons installed?

If OWA itself is not working, then check the web.config file is valid XML in the

C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\Owa

(or equivalent) folder.

If it prompted for reboot then there could have been some other update pending.  Did you uninstall EV extensions and reboot to see if it is actually EV?
