dears,
i've an evnviroment for Enterprise Vault for exchange
i've a recently problem regards to owa
sometime while any user open any archived msg, it take some little more time then error msg appear
"the archived item is currently unavilable"
if i close the email and try to re-open it, works fine
i hope any one can help me to solve this problem

is it just the first message in that session then all subsequent mail retrievals of any mail are OK/

yes I have come across this before and really this is not something that can be answered in a forum post as there is no definitive reason as to why this would happen hence there is no simple solution.
What would need to take place is to setup various logging and reproduce the issue then time would need to be taken to look at this evidence so I would recommend that you open a case with support for assistance and further analysis if this situation is bothering you that much.
