Hi,
Just installing the Office Mail App on some test users. I had to install the certificate first and I followed the guide at http://www.veritas.com/docs/000070566 all seems OK, I can browse to https://EVServer but i get errors when accessin the Search.
Your search request failed. Wait and try again. If the problem persists, contact your Enterprise Vault administrator.
There are no relevant errors in the event logs (SEV, Application or System).
I do get the below in the EVSearchClientLog:
9 11/17/2015 20:00:51.306 Error Fault Exception received from SOAP API. || User: DOMAIN/ID || System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Symantec.EV.Search.Server.Business.EVIndexSearchService.SearchFault]: Multiple Errors: The socket connection was aborted. This could be caused by an error processing your message or a receive timeout being exceeded by the remote host, or an underlying network resource issue. Local socket timeout was '23:59:00'. | The socket connection was aborted. This could be caused by an error processing your message or a receive timeout being exceeded by the remote host, or an underlying network resource issue. Local socket timeout was '23:58:59.9840000'. (Fault Detail is equal to Symantec.EV.Search.Server.Business.EVIndexSearchService.SearchFault).
IIS show only return code '200' (there is a single 301)
Any ideas where to start?

Restart of the EV services didn't help, neither did IISReset or '.net' service restart. An hour webex with support didn't make much difference.
I restarted the server and all looks OK now.
