Maybe you guys have any idea of what could be triggering the error attached when some (not all) users are trying to retrieve archived items via OWA. Basically the Office Mail App failed to load and returns this error. I have removed and redeployed the OMA for the specific user, without success.
We have EV 12.1 and Exchange 2016
Have you put the right certificate on your IIS EV server ?
And which command have you use create new Office Mail App on your Exchange server ?
Thanks for your answer. I guess that the certificates are ok, since for all the other users everything works fine. The affected ones are from different exchange and evault servers, so the issue is not reduced to a single one.
I`ll have to come back with the command of the OMA deployment on the Exchange servers, since this was done by our Messaging team.
