My Office Mail App is not working after upgrading EV to 12.1.1. It was working in 12.1.
The Office mail App bar just shows blank boxes in OWA as well as in Outlook. Users do get prompted for password and after entering the password, it just shows up as blank box. I tried to remove and enable the app again but its the same.
Did anyone face this with similar environment as below,
Exchange 2013 CU13
EV 12.1.1 on Windows Server 2012 R2

we are facing this as well with 12.1.1 but with Exchange 2016 CU4.
Did you find a solution for that?
I contacted support and they confirmed that it was an issue with the product 12.1.1 but with a simple fix involving just renaming a value in registry. They informed that it would be fixed in the next release. Please contact support so that they are aware others having this issue as well. For reference my customers ticket number was 21855184.
